London CF kicks off 2010 Target Seats campaign

20 January 2010 Clare Hilley No Comment

Last night London Conservative Future officially launched its 2010 Target Seats campaign at The Morpeth arms in Westminster. The event, which was attended by over 70 young activists from across London and beyond marks the formal start of the campaign support programme pledged by the regional committee to help target seat candidates.

The campaign was formally launched by Theresa May MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Work and Pensions and Shadow Minister for Women who thanked London CF activists for their contributions so far. Her speech was followed by a series of questions regarding election strategy and ways in which Conservative activists can best help the party in the election battle.

It was fantastic to have so many fresh faced activists to launch our official Target Seats Campaign.

The countdown has begun and it’s vital that our activists hit the phones and the streets to engage with voters and offer a real change to voters.
