		<description>Why don&#039;t the conservatives suggest following the lead set by Dublin and say that all civil servants and MPs will have to take a reduction in income of at least 33%. This would put them more in touch with the private sector and most old age pensioners

Would it not also be a good time to advocate the same reduction in the number of MPs and  Lords, with of course appropriate boundary changes ?

We need very strong leadership to get out of Gordon Browns financial mismanagement.
