London CF supports Poppy Appeal

7 November 2009 Clare Hilley No Comment

London Conservative Future activists have been supporting CLWCF’s Poppy Appeal at selected stations across London. The volunteer teams have been poppy selling and helping raid funds for The Poppy Appeal, which supports The Royal British Legion.

Ed Hallam, Chairman of Cities of London & Westminster CF said, “The Poppy Appeal provides vital support for our heroes and their families and it’s vital that as many activists as possible are out and about helping the effort to raise as much money as possible.”

Patrick Sullivan, London CF’s Campaign Director said, “London Conservative Future activists make huge contributions to campaigning and activism across the party and social action work is a major part of this contribution. It’s great to see so many people getting involved to help our heroes,” Sullivan concluded.
