YBF US Summer Conference Programme

For the past two summers, the Young Britons’ Foundation has taken dozens of young conservative activists from Britain over to New York, Washington DC and California to learn from the think-tanks and activist groups in the United States.
The result is that those activists have returned to Britain better trained and highly motivated to promote conservative values in their schools, colleges and universities, on the blogosphere and in their local communities.
I was lucky enough to go last year and had a great experience; learning useful political skills, and gaining a solid grounding in the American conservative movement. It was so enjoyable I’m off to CPAC in a few weeks time!
The other great point is most of the costs for the training and conferences are kindly covered by YBF’s donors so this programme is more easily affordable. I highly recommend this trip to anyone – you will learn a lot and have a fun time doing it!
